Varanus CNS comprises a unified graphical environment for the administration and control of security system operations. Graphical environment with its components (maps, alarms, troubles, events) can be displayed on several screens at the same time. When vector graphics is used for representation of the monitored system the highest quality and detail regarding representation is maintained in the cases of selected area zoom-in or zoom-out. It enables simple definition of graphical object behaviour by applying dynamic actions to the objects – such actions can change the representation of particular objects or trigger different functions when certain conditions are fulfilled (flashing objects, opening of new popup windows, messaging etc.).

Varanus CMS administrator can configure the system online or offline. There is an easy way to transfer configuration files onto working system from any Varanus workstation. The configuration is automaticaly updated on all workstations to retain consistency.
